Refunds & Returns are applicable for damaged or defective goods, and if you change your mind about our product within 30 days of receipt.
If you are not happy with your product, you have 30 days from receipt to contact us on any of our contact details and request a returns number.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to the supplier at your own cost. We will also charge a 25% restocking fee. Unless your product is defective, it must be returned in a fully saleable condition. We supply from many different suppliers so do not accept returns back to our offices. Contact us for a returns address for your particular product.
If you product is damaged in any way on receipt, please take photos of your damaged product and if possible, don't accept the item from the courier if you suspect damage.
If your item is defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the damaged item to our offices without the restocking fee.
